The Dynafit TLT helmet with triple certification is suitable for ski tours, cycling, and climbing. The helmet is safe, durable, lightweight, and compatible with the new minimalist Dynafit ski goggles system.
The TLT features a flat minimalist design, reduced padding, and also a well-designed ventilation system with generous openings for great comfort and breathability during demanding ascents.
Thanks to its construction utilizing an EPS inner liner and "in-mold" polycarbonate shell, the TLT helmet weighing only 300 grams offers an exceptional balance between minimal weight and maximum protection. A small dial at the back allows it to be adjusted to suit you and your needs.
Additional adjustment options on the head and chin straps ensure an exact fit and thus maximum safety. The adjustable and removable visor not only serves to protect from glare but also to prevent ski goggles from unintentionally sliding back onto the helmet.
For a perfectly matched and extremely lightweight system, the TLT helmet can ideally be combined with the new Dynafit Goggles TLT and Speed. The goggle holder can be exchanged in a matter of seconds and the specialized TLT strap can be clipped directly onto the helmet for a perfect fit and extra comfort.
This stylish, low-profile helmet meets certification standards not only for skiing but also for climbing and cycling, making it ideally suited for modern multisport adventures and demanding speed tours. Thanks to its lightweight yet extremely strong construction and well-designed ventilation, it is the first choice for demanding athletes who set no limits on their mountain adventures but still prefer a fast and safe adventure.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
EPS is expanded polystyrene. It is a strong and rigid material with a cellular structure, composed of 2% polystyrene and the rest is air.
