The TLT helmet is ultra-lightweight, stylish, and also boasts triple certification. This means it meets standards for skiing, mountaineering, and cycling.
The helmet is also ISMF approved, so it can be used for demanding skimo races as well. TLT stands out with its flat, minimalist design, reduced padding, and a superbly designed ventilation system with generous openings for excellent comfort and airflow during strenuous ascents.
Thanks to its “in-mold” construction using an EPS inner liner and a polycarbonate shell, the TLT helmet, weighing just 310 grams, offers an exceptional balance between minimal weight and maximum protection. Using the small adjustment dial on the back, the helmet size can be easily fine-tuned precisely to your needs. Additional adjustment options on the head and chin straps ensure a precise fit and thus maximum safety. For a perfectly matched and exceptionally lightweight system, the TLT helmet can be combined with the new DYNAFIT TLT and Speed ski goggles.
Goggles and helmet together guarantee the best possible fit. The goggle strap can be swapped in just a few seconds for a special TLT strap (available separately), which can be clipped on directly using clips. The helmet also features an adjustable, removable visor.
It is available in two sizes: S/M (54-58 cm) / L/XL (57-61 cm).

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
EPS is expanded polystyrene. It is a strong and rigid material with a cellular structure, composed of 2% polystyrene and the rest is air.
