Caffelatex is a preventative sealant against tire punctures.
Its advantage over standard latex sealants lies in the Antifoam foaming agent. The foaming agent activates with the movement of the wheel. In regular sealants, the liquid remains at the bottom of the tire, but when using Caffelatex, the foaming agent fills the entire interior cavity of the tire, making it much more effective even against sidewall punctures. The imbalance of the tire is minimal due to this distribution of the sealant.
Its quick sealing capabilities make this sealant ideal for mountain and road tubeless and standard tires. Caffelatex sealant seals punctures up to 6mm for MTB and 3mm for Road.
Due to its composition, Caffelatex sealant is very stable and durable. Its effectiveness depends on the number of punctures, distance traveled, external factors (temperature, humidity, storage), and also on the method of application.
For racing use, we recommend checking the sealant every 2 months to ensure that the liquid retains its preventative ability.
