The Ergon SM E-Mountain Core Prime men's saddle is designed for E-MTB. Thanks to the unique CORE 3D technology, it combines comfort and performance.
Ergon Core®: When pedaling, your weight constantly shifts from one sit bone to the other, with the pedaling side under the most strain, generating high pressure. Ergon Core technology reduces this pressure through suspension and materials. The saddle can adapt to every pelvic movement, thereby increasing comfort.
Energy-saving climbing ramp: The ramp at the rear of the saddle provides stability and saves energy when climbing. The saddle features a wider nose to offer comfort even when changing positions.
Infinergy®: The innovative Infinergy material improves shock absorption while riding. The material consists of thousands of foam particles. The elastic core of the saddle supports natural pelvic movements with each pedal stroke, absorbs shocks, and is gentle on the lower back.
Core 3D®: The revolutionary Core 3D double-shell construction elevates comfort to the next level. The bottom layer serves as support for most of the rider's weight. The top layer represents the seating surface equipped with padding. Between these two layers lies an ergonomic Infinergy® core, which isolates shocks, dampens vibrations, supports pelvic movements during pedaling, and significantly reduces pressure on the sit bones.
Orthopedic Comfort Foam® padding: The padding is made of orthopedic comfort foam. The foam is supportive, soft, yet does not collapse. In addition to the foam, special gel inserts under the seat offer even more comfort.
Microfiber Cover: The saddle is covered with robust microfiber to prevent abrasion and maintain the saddle's durability.
