They are waterproof thanks to the use of the Gore-tex Koala membrane. This membrane does not let any water in while venting moisture out of the boots.
The boots can be quickly fastened even with thick winter gloves using the easily adjustable BOA dial and a Velcro strap.
The nylon sole with a stiffness index of 6 has the mounting points for cleats moved backward. R5 Nylon lacks ventilation for better heat insulation inside the boot.
The interior of the boot, including the insole, is padded with fleece material, ensuring warmth even on the coldest days and additionally providing great comfort.
