Morning to work, afternoon on the bike path, and in the evening a quick spin around town. Giant Flipside Commuter clipless pedals give you confident power transfer, even when you’re riding in regular shoes.
One side offers a platform for regular footwear, while the other side holds an SPD cleat and keeps your pedal stroke stable at any pace.
Compatibility with the Shimano SPD system makes it easy to switch from casual rides to regular commuting and back again, without compromising bike control.
Adjustable SPD spring tension lets you fine-tune release and engagement based on your experience, route, and how secure you want to feel.
Multi-sided entry helps in traffic, when you often stop and start and want to find the pedal quickly without thinking.
The pair weighs 310 g for brisk commutes and longer trips alike.
The pedal body is made of aluminum, and the axle is CNC-machined Cr-Mo steel.
The pedal body measures 92 x 94 x 30 mm for stable foot support.
The sealed LSL ball bearing supports smooth running in dust and wet conditions.
Giant Flipside Commuter are pedals for city and trekking bikes, where the comfort of a platform alternates with the security of clip-in riding. Thanks to the SPD mechanism and its adjustability, you can easily dial in the level of control that suits you. The black finish looks understated and matches most bikes and components.
