Fixture II MIPS is a women's helmet designed for off-road use, with its shape derived from much more expensive models by Giro. It has an extended profile at the back, providing increased protection for the nape.
MIPS is a slip layer between the EPS shell (the body of the helmet) and the internal padding. In the event of an angled impact (for example, when you catch your head on a branch), the EPS shell of the helmet rotates a few millimeters over the MIPS layer, protecting the head and brain from severe rotational jolt.
The helmet is excellently ventilated thanks to 16 vents and fits perfectly on your head with the Roc Loc Sport adjustment system, which is easily tightened with one hand using an adjustment wheel and is compatible with ponytails.

The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
