Goodyear introduces the Newton MTF tire (Mountain Front) as part of its extensive range of tires designed for mountain bikes, developed for gravity disciplines.
This tire excels in heavy forest terrain, maintains grip on steep sections, seeks the last bit of traction on wet roots, dusty rocks, and in challenging berms.
The progressive block layout prevents mud build-up and maintains performance in a wide range of conditions. From aggressive trail riding to the demands of downhill racing, the Newton MTF tire offers consistent cornering grip, predictable braking control, and excellent performance in changing conditions.
The Newton MTF tire is classified according to the new simplified system for trail, enduro, and downhill applications.
This enduro version of the tire is built on a 2x120 TPI construction, complemented by EN:Wall, an external durable butyl layer that provides decent sidewall protection while maintaining lower weight for enduro racing.
The Grip3S compound consists of three different hardness compounds - 40/42/60a, specially designed for the front wheel, offering the highest level of grip.
