Kästle RX10 Skate are race cross-country skis designed for skating, developed with the participation of professional athletes.
Their core is made from lightweight Paulownia wood, used in the tip and tail of the ski for its ideal flexibility, combined with an aramid honeycomb in the center of the ski that ensures excellent torsional rigidity and very low weight.
The hand-finished base with UM1 structure, intended for World Cup racers, guarantees ideal glide in variable snow conditions as well as on wet fine-grained snow.
The fibre structure is enclosed in a torsion box made of ultra-lightweight paulownia wood, which Kästle calls UL Wood. It provides optimum torsional and bending stiffness at minimum weight.
