The new Magped Road magnetic pedals are an innovative pedal solution for gravel bikes. Now available in a more affordable version with a steel axle.
The patented magnetic mechanism on both sides allows for safe, quick, and easy disengagement of your foot from the pedal.
The risk of falls and injury is reduced to an absolute minimum compared to pedals with a fixed connection.
With a magnetic force of 200 N, the shoe is held magnetically on the pedal with up to 45 kg of pulling force. The pulling force acts predominantly vertically, and the pedal can be released from the side with virtually no noticeable resistance. But even a quick exit from the pedals in critical situations by moving straight upward is no problem.
The pedals allow slight rotation of the shoe, helping to protect the joints while pedaling. Likewise, the position can be adjusted forward and backward without changing the pulling force.

Ask a question
Hello, if I get magpeds for gravel/road and for MTB, will the shoes (cleats) then be compatible with both pedals, or do I need two pairs of shoes as well? Thank you, Gabriela
Dobrý den, pokud si pořídím magpedy na gravel/silničku a na MTB, budou pak tretry (destičky) kompatibilní s oběma pedály nebo je potřeba mít dvoje i tretry? Děkuji, Gabriela
