The Minion DHF tire was designed for complex dry terrain, local trails, and the World Cup.
The Maxxis Minion DHF uses beveled knobs to reduce rolling resistance with grooved cuts to increase the number of contact edges, providing better straight-line control and precise cornering.
Depending on track conditions, the DHF version can be used both front and rear or at the front in combination with DHR at the rear.
The dual tread compounds use two different compounds. The centre of the tread uses a firmer compound to improve rolling resistance and create stronger braking edges, while the sidewalls and the tread side knobs use a softer compound for better control and cornering grip.
