Recommended daily dosage: adults 1-3 tablets per day, children over 12 years 1-2 tablets per day. Let the tablet slowly dissolve in the mouth and drink water or a hypotonic drink. In case of increased physical activity, use preventively 1 tablet before the activity and another during the activity at the first signs of fatigue and muscle cramps. For replenishing magnesium and vitamins, we recommend 1-2 tablets during the day.
