Description

Penco Mineral drink is a fast-dissolving and highly effective energy rehydration ion drink for all sports where the duration of activity does not exceed 1.5 hours.

Thanks to its composition, it helps retain water in the body, reduces fatigue and increases performance and endurance by conserving energy glycogen reserves. It covers the increased need for minerals and thus prevents the decline in performance and endurance, maximally delaying the onset of cramps.
Contains an ideal ratio of minerals and vitamins. Effectively replenishes energy and maximizes sports performance.

Protects the stomach lining from aggressive stomach acids. Thanks to the phospholipoproteins contained, there is no heartburn or pain during physical exertion.

Dosage: 20g of powder is mixed either in 250ml of cold water (isotonic drink, 300mOsm/kg) or in 500ml of water (hypotonic drink, 150mOsm/kg).
The package can make up to 20 liters of drink.
Drink just before the activity and then every 10-15 minutes
