Penco Restart Drink 50g

Penco Restart Drink is a powdered concentrate for preparing a recovery drink that we recommend right after exercise to help restore the exhausted body.

Penco Restart Drink contains:
- Energy - complex (mono- and polysaccharides with a low glycemic index, GI)
- Amino - complex (instant mix of free branched-chain amino acids BCAA, L-glutamine, and beta-alanine)
- Antioxidant - complex (vitamins C and E and trace elements zinc, manganese, selenium), which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress
- Magnesium, which is important for electrolyte balance and normal muscle and nerve function
- Vitamin C, which helps to maintain normal immune system function and reduce fatigue and exhaustion

Dosage: dissolve the contents of the sachet in 500 ml of water, free BCAAs are completely dissolved in a few minutes.
