Tire construction technology with a protection layer from bead to bead and a rubber insert for aggressive off-road riding. The tire construction is specifically designed for riding style in challenging terrain – multiple reinforcements built right into the casing are intended to enhance overall carcass durability and enable greater support at lower pressures. With a nylon protection layer from bead to bead, which is an integral part of the carcass, and a thick rubber insert over the bead, the HardWALL construction is destined to handle relentless abuse with ease and protects against punctures. The incorporation of these reinforcing elements along with a nylon carcass with a density of 60 TPI contributes to a solid and durable construction that supports reliability and ride quality without compromising weight and pedaling power transfer efficiency.

SmartGRIP

Experience and victories in rally and motocross led Pirelli developers to invent the innovative SmartGRIP rubber compound. The special compound combines two conflicting properties:
a) Cut resistance: ensures maximum mechanical grip and traction in dry conditions and higher puncture resistance along with extended lifespan.
b) Chemical wet grip: no need to worry about changing conditions, whether it rains or the track has muddy and slippery sections.

The result is a longer-lasting tire performance that offers excellent grip. The tire maintains these riding properties even as the tread wears. Single-compound SmartGRIP composition provides consistent performance throughout tire wear.
