POC VPD Max Vest is POC’s most flexible and best-protecting back protector yet. Its low profile and ventilated mesh outer ensure you can barely feel it on your back, so you can focus on free movement in the mountains.
The protector is ready for more demanding movement and terrain, too. It meets the EN 1621-2, Level 2 standard while still offering exceptional freedom of movement in every direction. Its very open structure allows maximum airflow, so body heat can escape easily.
Thanks to its low weight, the protector stays in the right position on your back without needing support from a waist belt. As with all VPD protectors, the back plate warms to body temperature and follows your shape as you move.
The close fit follows the body’s shape for maximum comfort. The vest is fully perforated for optimal breathability.
