Ride Concepts Livewire are versatile women’s Trail / All-mountain / Enduro / BMX shoes for platform pedals with unique features.
The shoes are specially developed for a women’s foot and offer above-standard features, excellent outsole grip, durability, top-tier design, and uncompromising quality.
When riding, you’ll appreciate that they fit the foot perfectly, breathe well, are supportive, and still very comfortable. The High Grip compound used for the outsole was developed in collaboration with the legendary company Rubber Kinetics (Good Year) and, according to tests by independent media, fully competes with the best in the industry. The Hexagon outsole tread pattern is also praised; it’s tuned differently for each shoe model and intended use, down to the smallest details, including the width of the gaps. Thanks to this, the pins hold exceptionally well even in wet conditions and mud.
The outsole with an EVA midsole, combined with protective elements at the toe and heel and complemented by a unique insole made from injected EVA foam protects your feet from impacts and deflection. The combination of breathable synthetic leather and abrasion-resistant textile is durable while still providing excellent ventilation. Everything is refined down to the smallest details, including a slightly asymmetrical construction that is higher on the inner side, providing increased protection.
The toe and heel are specially protected by an integrated TPU protector. The upper is also treated to resist scuffing and abrasion.

EVA, literally Ethylene-vinyl acetate is also known as Polyethylene-vinyl acetate i.e. PEVA. It is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, as the name suggests. The weight of the vinyl acetate component is in the range of 10 to 40% and the remainder is ethylene itself. Its physical properties is as an elastomeric polymer, i.e. a substance that excels in high elasticity. Thanks to its unique composition, it ranks among the most light yet flexible and soft materials. It is therefore not a classic thermoplastic, which is often commonly used for the production of many products around us.

D3O utilizes unique patented technologies to produce soft, flexible, speed-sensitive materials with high impact absorption properties, which are used in impact protection products. Based on non-Newtonian principles, the material's molecules flow freely in their raw form, allowing it to be soft and flexible, but lock into each other upon impact to dissipate impact energy and reduce the transmitted force.
