The R-Skin Ultra Stiff cross-country skis are classic skis just like the R-Skin Ultra model, but stiffer, making them suitable for heavier athletes.
The skis are designed for both fitness-oriented and sports-oriented skiers.
They differ from the Delta comp models mainly in that they are carved and thus also suitable for those who are new to classic skiing. The ski core is lightened thanks to the honeycomb structure and reinforced on the sides with poplar wood. The Active Cap construction gives the skis a balance of torsional rigidity and flexibility from tip to tail, ensuring stability in all conditions.
The ski is equipped with a mohair strip allowing for quality grip and glide in any snow conditions without the need for grip waxes. After wearing out (approximately 1000 - 1500 km), the mohair strip can be easily replaced with a new one.
The integrated TURNAMIC system includes a plate built into the ski, which is compatible with various types of TURNAMIC bindings. This binding system does not restrict the flexibility of the skis and enables ideal energy transfer for the kick. The bindings can be easily moved along the plate, allowing for adjustment of kick strength and glide quality.
