It features In-Mold construction with extended rear coverage. 23 ventilation holes with wider central air intakes ensure excellent ventilation. The helmet has forehead padding for better sweat evaporation while offering long-lasting resistance to unpleasant odors.
The helmet also includes a bug net. It features the latest RSR 10 retention system for easy adjustment and size settings.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
