With the Shimano CUES BR-U6030 + BL-U6030 brake, you’ll have peace of mind when the pace picks up and the surface changes with every meter. Your grip stays secure, and braking remains predictable even on long descents.
The hydraulic disc brake delivers consistent braking performance in both dry and wet conditions, helping you hold your line more confidently. Deceleration is strong yet still easy to modulate.
The new lever shape supports a natural grip and helps you stay in control even on longer rides on the road or gravel. Reach can be adjusted with a tool to match your hand size.
The J-kit system simplifies hose routing and speeds up installation during a bike build or service. Clean One Way Bleeding makes it easier to keep performance consistent.
The Flat Mount caliper is designed specifically for a disc rotor, giving it a compact, tidy look. The two-piston design adds reliability in changing conditions.
Front brake set with left lever, designation BL-U6030-L + BR-U6030.
Hydraulic brake system filled with mineral oil.
Compatibility with Shimano CUES 1x10/11-speed drivetrain.
Flat Mount two-piston caliper for a brake rotor with a diameter of 160 mm.
This Shimano CUES front disc brake is aimed at gravel bikes, road bikes, and cyclocross, where asphalt, gravel, and mud alternate. Thanks to the lever ergonomics and hydraulics, it’s easy to match to your braking style.
B05S-RX polymer pads without cooling fins deliver quiet, controlled contact with the rotor. The overall package feels well balanced for riders who want confidence without unnecessary complexity.
