Sponser Liquid Energy BCAA is an energy gel with sodium and potassium, which contains, in addition to carbohydrates, BCAAs and taurine. It provides the body with fast and slow-releasing carbohydrates necessary for delivering energy.

Branched-chain amino acids regenerate and protect muscle mass. Targeted BCAA supplementation helps delay the feeling of fatigue by stabilizing the BCAA to tryptophan ratio. Tryptophan is a key amino acid in the production of the hormone serotonin, which signals fatigue. Tryptophan and BCAAs use the same transport system, allowing their transfer from the blood to the brain.

As an antioxidant, taurine regulates fluid levels in the muscles by "pulling" glucose and amino acids into the muscle cells. Its effect can be compared to insulin, thus acting anabolically, supporting, enlarging, and giving strength to muscles, but without lowering blood sugar levels. From a performance and recovery standpoint, its effect in reducing lactic acid (a waste product), which is produced during muscle work, is also crucial.

Banana-strawberry energy gel has a pleasant consistency (not too thick). We can recommend it to those who dislike the consistency of other energy gels. You can also squeeze the energy gel from the tube into a bottle, add water, and shake (1 tube per 200 ml of water). This way, you get an energy drink that you can sip during sporting activities.
