Enervit Sport Gel is a highly effective energy concentrate containing BCAAs (to protect muscle tissue from damage), designed to supplement energy before and during an intense athletic performance.

The optimal carbohydrate composition ensures maximum long-term energy supply during training, matches, or competitions. Enervit Sport Gel guarantees immediate and long-lasting energy supply without increasing glycemia.

Dosage: Use Sport Gel 20 minutes before intense physical activity. During prolonged exertion, consume one Sport Gel every 60-80 minutes. It can also be used post-performance to counteract fatigue. Recommended amount is up to 4 packs per day.
