SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte helps the body maintain fluid balance by quickly delivering easily digestible carbohydrates (22 g) for energy, as well as 118 mg of sodium, 9.5 mg of potassium, and 1.5 mg of magnesium per gel. You lose these ingredients during exercise through sweat and need to replace them.
SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte was designed to help you sustain performance during prolonged endurance activity by providing fast energy and helping your body absorb water.
Recommended use: to maintain energy levels, consume 2 gels over 60 minutes; during prolonged activity or in warm conditions, take an additional 1 gel with water.
Ingredients: Water, maltodextrin (from corn), natural flavoring, salt, gelling agents (Gellan gum, xanthan gum), acidity regulators (citric acid, salt citrate), sweeteners (Acesulfame K, sucralose), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
