Description

Penco Energy Gel Long Trail is an energy gel that contains the unique disaccharide Palatinose with a lower glycemic index, which gradually releases energy.

One dose contains 10% isomaltulose (a natural substance, slowly digestible carbohydrate), sodium, and potassium ions. Additionally, it includes a special blend of complex carbohydrates and simple sugars. It contains no thickeners. Caffeine enhances endurance performance - improving agility and concentration ability.

The gel elevates carbohydrate fuel levels before and during performance. Penco Energy Gel is a unique energy gel based on a combination of carbohydrates, electrolytes, and vitamin E.

Dosage: It is recommended to take 5-10 minutes before performance to replenish glycogen stores, then every 30 minutes during exertion, and immediately after performance to shorten recovery time. Using the gel is simple - every 30 minutes squeeze the contents of a sachet into your mouth and wash it down with water or a very diluted hypotonic drink (200-300 ml). Fluid replenishment is essential to prevent dehydration and to create conditions for proper digestion and absorption of gels. To rely on gels during a race or match, it is advisable to test them during training. Recommended for all types of sports with exertion time over 1 hour.
