The Level TL is a sort of bridge between the hi-tech Level Ultimate and TLM brakes and the cheaper Level and Level T. The Level TL brake lever is more or less the same as the higher TLM version, with the missing "M" meaning the calliper is no longer Monoblock, but is bolted together in two pieces.
