The Sram X1 Type 2.1 is based on the new X-HORIZON™ design, which makes shifting quiet, easy and precise. The rear derailleur features a CAGE LOCK™ that makes replacement and installation of the rear wheel a matter of seconds. The Sram X1 can accommodate 11–42 cassettes. The pulleys are 12-tooth X-SYNC™ on encapsulated industrial bearings.
