Superior F.L.Y. 24 kids’ bike Gloss Yellow is a children’s MTB with 24" wheels for riding off-road as well as on bike paths. It’s built around an aluminum frame and a simple 1x8 drivetrain, placing it in the sporty entry-level class for regular riding.
The frame is made from Alu 6061 T6 Double Butted and uses internal cable routing for a clean setup. Advanced Junior Geometry is designed around kids’ proportions and optimized for a 1x drivetrain. The bottom bracket uses a threaded BB BSA shell, and the frame is ready for disc brakes with the Flat mount standard. The rigid fork is made from 6061 T6 aluminum and delivers precise handling without unnecessary weight.
Drivetrain: Shimano Altus SL-M315-8R shifters control 8 speeds via the Rapidfire Plus system. The Shimano Acera RD-M3020 rear derailleur works with the Shimano CS-HG31 11–34T cassette and a Thun Topaz BSA bottom bracket.
Brakes: Alhonga disc brakes use 140 mm rotors. The brake levers are Alhonga as well, for consistent feel and easier servicing.
Wheels and tires: The wheels are built on STARS J20S rims with 20 holes and ONE Sport 20H hubs with an M9x100 mm axle. Schwalbe Billy Bonkers Performance 24x2,00 tires with the ADDIX compound focus on fast rolling and confidence on gravel.
Cockpit: ONE Alloy handlebars are paired with ONE Kids Lock ON grips for a secure hold and stable hand position. A Selle Royal Explora Junior saddle and ONE Alloy 27,2 mm seatpost make it easy to dial in the riding position.
The aluminum frame with double-butted tubes increases stiffness under pedaling and helps keep the bike tracking precisely. The rigid aluminum fork supports predictable steering on paved surfaces and in light terrain. The 1x drivetrain with a 28T chainring simplifies gear choice and reduces the risk of mis-shifts. The 24x2,00 tires improve traction on gravel and smooth out small bumps without the need for suspension.
Superior F.L.Y. 24 is designed for kids who already ride independently and want a lightweight MTB for longer rides. It’s suitable for family outings as well as regular training in light terrain, where simple operation and practical equipment matter. Compared to bikes with a front derailleur, it offers more intuitive control and a cleaner chainline.
