Superior XC 6.5 MS Matte Gold Black/Copper mountain bike is a women’s hardtail MTB for mountain biking and sporty off-road rides. It sits in the mid-range category, where proven components and easy maintenance matter most. For 2025, it combines an aluminum frame with a suspension fork offering 100 mm of travel.
The frame is made from Alu 6061 T6 Double Butted aluminum with Smooth Welding joints for clean tube connections. The Sport Geometry used is aimed at a stable riding position on climbs and predictable handling on the trail. Cable routing is integrated, which makes protection from dirt easier. The BB BSA 73 mm bottom bracket shell is practical for servicing and choosing compatible bottom brackets.
Drivetrain: Shimano Alivio shifting runs a 2x9 setup with an 11–36T cassette. The Alivio Side Swing front derailleur and 36–22T crankset are designed to provide a wide range for hills.
Brakes: Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes use 160 mm rotors front and rear. The rotors are Shimano SM-RT10.
Wheels and tires: The wheels are built on STARS J25D rims and Shimano HB-TX505 hubs for Center Lock disc rotors. CST Jack Rabbit tires in 29x2,25" support confidence on dirt and gravel.
Cockpit: ONE Alloy handlebars have a 12 mm rise and a 31.8 mm clamp diameter. A ONE Sport stem is complemented by ONE Sport Lock-On grips, a Selle Royal Vivo saddle, and a ONE Sport 30.9 mm seatpost.
The combination of 29" wheels and sporty geometry holds a line in faster sections and reduces losses on rough surfaces. The RST Blaze fork with 100 mm travel helps keep the front wheel in contact under braking and over roots. The 2x9 gearing makes it easier to fine-tune your pace on long climbs. The 14,80 kg weight is in line with an aluminum hardtail with durable equipment.
This model is aimed at cyclists who want a versatile mountain bike for forest roads, gravel, and easier trails. It will appeal to riders who prefer a classic 2x9 drivetrain and straightforward servicing at a standard bike shop. In this class, it’s important that it’s built around hydraulic disc brakes and 29" wheels.
