The impact-resistant polycarbonate shell is injected with EPS foam using inmold technology for maximum comfort in case of a fall.
The Monomatic system allows for a one-handed chin strap fastening.
Height and width adjustments are ensured by the IAS 2k fitting system.
The straps can be easily and precisely customized with the Fast Adapting System (FAS).
The construction is complemented by 24 ventilation openings for effective airflow and a removable Functional padding.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
