Vittoria Air-Liner Road Insert brings a significant improvement in comfort, safety, and performance of your bike — without any noticeable increase in weight.
Thanks to its special high density polymer, it dampens vibrations and shocks, making riding on rough surfaces, cobblestones, or pavement much more pleasant.
The insert provides better support to the tire, allowing you to ride at lower pressures, increase traction, and improve road contact — meaning lower rolling resistance, a smoother ride, and greater confidence when cornering or braking.
In the event of a puncture or damage that the sealant cannot handle, Air-Liner acts as a “run-flat”: the foam expands, supporting the tire and rim, allowing you to safely ride up to approximately 50 km.
Air-Liner is designed for road bikes (700C) with tires approximately 700×30-32 mm in size and rims up to 26 mm in width (depending on the chosen size).
Installation is compatible with tubeless systems — the insert is supplied with a valve (40 mm).
