Thanks to its sophisticated geometry and very low weight, it is an excellent training partner for acquiring basic riding skills. The upright position behind the handlebars helps maintain balance and offers a perfect view of what is happening nearby. Your little cyclist can easily perceive the world around them and discover everything that comes with riding a bike step by step.
Shifting like a wave of a magic wand...
Young riders will quickly fall in love with the Woom 3 Automagic. The first gear makes uphill riding easier, and the second gear allows for higher speeds without having to pedal too quickly. The hub gear shifts automatically—depending on riding speed and without any manual shifting! It shifts into the second gear at around 11 km/h.
A quality foundation...
The foundation of this bike is a lightweight aluminum frame with geometry designed considering the specific needs of young cyclists. Safety is the top priority here, but it hasn't been forgotten that riding a bike must be fun above all. The frame is very stable thanks to its low center of gravity and custom fork rake, yet it remains easy to handle, even in turns. The significantly lowered top tube makes getting behind the handlebars much easier. The multi-layer paint easily withstands most beginner mishaps.
…and perfectly thought-out details
Woom children's bikes are well thought out down to the last detail. Whether we talk about color-coded brake levers tailored for small children's hands, the lock preventing unwanted handlebar oversteer, or the stem mount facing below the handlebars to prevent injuries, everything is designed for easy handling and maximum safety. Special attention was also paid to contact points, particularly the saddle and grips, which significantly contribute to the overall ride feel, as well as the cranks and pedals. The cranks are designed to match the movement mechanics of young cyclists, whether we talk about their length, the distance between both cranks, or the number of teeth on the chainring.
