Woom GO 2 kids’ bike neon lime is an ultra-lightweight children’s bike with 14″ wheels for the first pedaling after a balance bike. It belongs among kids’ bikes for paved surfaces, gravel, and park paths. It focuses on low weight, stability, and easy handling for ages 3 to 4.5.
The frame is made from AA 6061 aluminum alloy and has a low step-through for easy mounting and dismounting. The geometry uses a low riding position and a longer wheelbase for stability at very low speeds. The head angle is 68° and the wheelbase is 641 mm, which calms the steering. The fork is an aluminum unicrown with a 1″ steerer and increased trail for steady tracking.
Drivetrain: Single-speed gearing with 80 mm cranks and an 18-tooth chainring. The 10-tooth rear sprocket works with a bottom bracket featuring a sealed industrial cartridge unit.
Brakes: Two independent mini V-brakes with Jagwire cables. The ergonomic brake levers are shaped for small hands, and the rear lever is color-coded.
Wheels and tires: The 14″ wheels feature ultra-light aluminum rims and aluminum hubs with sealed bearings. Schwalbe Little Joe 14 × 1.4″ tires have reflective stripes and car-type valves.
Cockpit: BMX-style aluminum handlebars are 500 mm wide with a higher rise for easy fit adjustment. The stem is a forged aluminum 40 mm/+15°, and the grips are lock-on with end protection.
The low step-through and low center of gravity make starting off and stopping easier. The longer wheelbase and calmer front end increase stability when weaving and balancing at slow speeds. Short cranks and a narrower Q-factor support a natural circular pedaling motion for smaller riders. The pair of hand brakes teaches modulation and rear-brake control thanks to the lever’s color coding.
Woom GO 2 is designed for children 95 to 110 cm tall who are transitioning from a balance bike to pedals. It’s suitable for riding on asphalt, interlocking paving, and smooth gravel, where the tires’ low rolling resistance really shows. Compared to heavier kids’ bikes with a coaster brake, it relies on a free pedal position and consistent control with hand brakes.
