With the Abus Taipan LED gravel helmet Shiny White, you can go further than just smooth asphalt. In light terrain and in the city, you feel confident and are more visible.
The gravel helmet combines road speed with durability for gravel, bikepacking, and everyday commuting. Thanks to the In-mould (EPS + PC) construction, it holds securely while still feeling pleasantly light on your head.
The rear magnetic LED light increases visibility at dusk, in traffic queues, and on country roads. USB-C charging is practical, so you can easily keep the light ready.
Internal Forced Air Cooling channels and 18 ventilation openings help maintain consistent comfort on climbs and at a brisk pace. The Floating Pad adds space for airflow and a softer contact with your head.
The Zoom™ Spin retention system is adjusted with a dial, so you can fine-tune the fit even with gloves on. Ponytail Fit is a plus if you wear a ponytail, bun, or braid.
The shell construction is In-mould, a combination of EPS and a PC polycarbonate shell.
