APACHE Rio Grande 3 MX 720 Wh low-step e-bike red is a trekking and city e-bike with a mid-drive motor for commuting and leisure. The low step-through is aimed at riders who want easy mounting without being limited on dirt roads. Its equipment and battery capacity place it in the higher utility class among SUV e-bikes.
The Apache Rio Grande Bafang A3 frame is made of aluminum alloy and is designed for an exceptionally low step-through. The ergonomic, comfort-oriented geometry keeps you in a more upright riding position and maintains stability on easy terrain. Front suspension is handled by a Suntour SF21-XCM32 DS HLO coil fork with 100 mm of travel. The bike is produced in sizes S and M.

The Bafang M410 HD mid-drive motor with 90 Nm of torque supports a natural pedaling feel and maintains traction even on rougher surfaces. The combination of 27.5" wheels and 2.1" tires increases confidence on gravel, while tracking remains calm on bike paths. The 100 mm travel coil fork filters out larger bumps on commutes and dirt roads alike. Shimano hydraulic brakes with 180/160 mm rotors improve modulation when riding with a load on the rear rack.
This model targets experienced riders who want a low step-through, full equipment, and long range without switching to a purely urban concept. It’s suitable for commuting, bike paths, hardened forest roads, and bag-equipped trips thanks to the rear rack with MIK. Compared to sportier trekking e-bikes, it emphasizes riding comfort and utility-focused equipment.
