The helmet features a proven In-mold Polycarbonate Shell construction with 15 ventilation holes, which, together with the Ergo Fit system, ensures maximum safety and comfort.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight.
