Very lightweight helmet for children aged 1 to 3, perfect for riding a balance bike, scooter, or in a child seat.
The shell crafted with inmould technology is complemented by 8 ventilation openings for excellent airflow.
Secure and quick helmet adjustments are made possible by the FAS, Monomatic, and IAS systems.
The design features a bug net, removable and hypoallergenic Basic pads, and is prepared for a Triangle LED light.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
The quick adjustment system of the helmet straps allows for optimal helmet position adjustment. The helmet sits firmly on the head at all times and the straps stay in place.
The fastening mechanism located under the chin has several positions and can be easily adjusted with one hand while riding. Its flat design prevents twisting in the hands. Monomatic® is, without exception, standard equipment on all Uvex helmets.
