The Melon Coloursplash kids' helmet is suitable for biking, scooting, or other sports.
Made from lightweight PCplus in-mould material, with a magnetic Fidlock® closure system.
The helmet offers excellent ventilation and the size can be finely adjusted with removable padding (available in 3 sizes) and a dial fit system.
It is suitable for children aged 1 year and up, as well as adults.

Fidlock, it is the cradle of innovative magnetic closures and attachments with mechanical lock. The company has been leading the development of these systems since the company was founded in 2007. Magnetic systems can be found, for example, in helmet closures or bicycle bottle cages. Reversing the polarity and unlocking the locks is possible with one hand, by turning or tilting and pushing the locks.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
