A secure motor mount is something you can feel on e-bikes in every corner and under hard acceleration. Bosch frame bolts for the bushing kit, wide help you keep the installation precise and stable.
The set is designed for installing Bosch drive units with a wide mount, so it matches the correct frame geometry. It supports the new solution with frame bushings, which replaces the earlier frame inserts starting in August 2025. Thanks to backward compatibility, it’s also suitable where inserts were used before and you’re now switching to bushings. The bolts are designed for precise seating and a stable connection, which is important for quiet, smooth drivetrain operation.
Compatibility: Bosch drive units BDU31YY, BDU34YY and BDU38YY with a wide mount.
Intended for installation with the corresponding frame bushing kit EB1190002J.
Package contents: 1× M8×1 bolt with a length of 68,7 mm and 1× M8×1 bolt with a length of 75,5 mm.
Set weight: 83 g.
This Bosch bolt set is a practical spare part for proper installation of the drive unit in an e-bike frame. You’ll appreciate it during servicing, drive replacement, and when transitioning to the newer bushing-based mounting concept. The result is a clean, compatible solution for the wide mount on BDU31YY, BDU34YY and BDU38YY.
