Continental introduces its 2022 innovation - Xynotal from the Gravity series, designed for hard surfaces, in various compound options (Supersoft, Soft, Endurance) and construction variants (Downhill, Trail, Enduro), to adapt the tires to a wide range of riders and riding conditions.

Top level compound with a perfectly balanced ratio of grip, rolling resistance and durability. It is composed of refined synthetic rubber and natural rubber, to which additives forming a special surface are added. This mixture is produced exclusively at the Korbach plant in Germany.
This technology is based on a rubber layer that is inserted into the casing of the tire. The layer significantly helps to protect the sidewalls against twisting, which gives the tire more sidewall stability. This rigid sidewall then reduces the risk of punctures and keeps the tire on the rim. This protection is most used in DH, Gravity Enduro and Freeride.
