When the trail speeds up and the ground comes alive under your wheels, you want a tire that holds its line without killing your pace. Kenda K-Series Double Black Enduro TR 29x2,40 feels confident on hardpack as well as in rough, broken terrain.
An aggressive yet fast-rolling tread with pronounced side knobs helps keep stability when leaned over and stays composed through fast corners. The quick rolling is noticeable on both hard and loose surfaces, where every saved pedal stroke counts.
The tubeless-ready design supports better handling and reduces the risk of punctures when riding through rocks or roots. The Dual Layer construction adds durability, so you can focus on your line rather than cautiously picking your way through.
A 60 TPI casing offers a well-balanced mix of compliance and puncture protection. The tire was developed with Downhill World Cup riders, which shows in the sense of control at high speed.
The 29er size inspires confidence in rough sections and carries speed better over bumps. Its enduro focus suits trails, race stages, and the bike park when you want versatile grip.
The tire size is 29x2,40 inches for mountain bikes with a large rim diameter.
The ETRTO designation is 62-622 for a precise fit on compatible rims.
Recommended pressure is 20–40 PSI depending on riding style and terrain.
The tire weight is 1210 g with a tolerance of ± 61 g.
Kenda Double Black in the enduro version is an MTB tire for riders who want speed, traction, and stability in one. The folding Kevlar bead makes handling easier, and the tubeless setup boosts confidence in demanding conditions.
On the trail, you’ll appreciate predictable behavior on hardpack and in rough, broken sections. The black finish looks understated and matches most trail and enduro bikes.
