The skis are characterized by their versatility, lightness, and speed. The Low Tech 88 at a length of 172 cm with a width of 88 mm underfoot has a weight of only 1140 g, making them the lightest versatile Dynafit skis. They are particularly appreciated by fast ambitious skiers who are looking for lightweight and easily maneuverable skis, efficient even in difficult terrain.
The surface of the Low Tech 88 is made of 100% unidirectional (UD) carbon. Compared to classic carbon, UD has higher tensile strength and greater durability while maintaining a lower density, which keeps the skis very lightweight.
The skis have a core of 100% premium Paulownia wood and due to their 3D construction have a very low weight. Nevertheless, they remain very stable and maneuverable.
The rocker construction at the tip and tail and the sidecut are tailored for each ski size, which is unique in the world of ski touring. To ensure the best power transfer to the ski, the Low Tech is constructed with a full ABS sidewall. The base also has a special racing grind for even greater speed.
