Enervit Enervitene Sport Lemon+Caffeine Gel for quick and gradual energy release with BCAA content. It is especially suitable for replenishing energy during long-term activities lasting over 60 minutes. Stimulating effect of caffeine. Contains B group vitamins (B2, B3, B5, and B6).
Due to its caffeine content, it is advisable to combine it with the caffeine-free version of the gel (Enervitene Sport Gel) during activity.
Recommended Dosage: One gel right before the activity, also possible post-activity when fatigue starts setting in.
