Fizik Tempo Argo R5 is a short and wide saddle with a large central cutout.
The saddle shape is designed to reduce pressure on soft tissues while providing the rider with maximum stability in various riding positions. The saddle positions the rider in a more upright posture, ensuring greater stability and better weight distribution. The shorter length of the Argo saddle allows the rider to sit further forward without putting uncomfortable pressure on sensitive tissues. The saddle also features an ergonomic central cutout, developed with detailed pressure analysis and in consultation with medical experts.
The padding is made from Fizik's foam known as Foam 2, which is slightly thicker in the sit bones area, supporting a more upright posture. The padding is also somewhat softer than that used on the Vento Argo racing saddles, making the saddle more comfortable on long rides.
