New MaxxSpeed (2023) is a premium rubber compound for XC racing. It is a high silica compound that reduces rolling resistance while improving wet traction. EXO is a puncture and abrasion resistant material that is added to the sidewalls of many Maxxis MTB and gravel tires. Choose EXO Protection for superior durability in gravel, XC and light trail riding.
Tubeless tyres have many advantages: you can ride with less air pressure. This gives you better traction and reduces rolling resistance.
