Description

PearTune MSO Yamaha Still On integrates easily into the e-bike system using compatible original connectors.

No setup or diagnostics are required during installation – everything happens automatically and adapts to the specific e-bike.

PearTune is connected between the speed sensor and the motor unit, and between the display and the motor unit. It is powered from the display. All data such as current, average, and maximum speed or distance traveled remain displayed accurately.

The main advantage is that after installation, the maximum speed of the e-bike is no longer limited – it is determined only by the pedaling frequency.

Compatible with e-bikes with Yamaha PW Drive center motor.

Installation

① Remove the plastic cover of the center motor from underneath. Underneath the cover, there are three INBUS screws. Loosen the two nearer the front wheel and tilt the motor backward. Connectors and cables are located under the motor.

② Disconnect the four-pin connector between the display and the motor body and the three-pin connector between the speed sensor and the motor body.

③ Connect all four matching connectors on the MSO to the corresponding released connectors on the e-bike. All connectors are equipped with locks to prevent incorrect connection.

④ Place the MSO in a suitable position and, if necessary, use cable ties for the wiring. Tilt the motor back to its original position and tighten the previously loosened INBUS screws. Then mount the cover and the bike is ready for a test ride.
