The special tread of the Enduro R model ensures greater traction for better power transfer from pedaling and higher braking efficiency, greater durability for fast and stable riding on various surfaces, both dry and wet.

Pirelli Scorpion Enduro is a complete tire line designed for rough treatment in challenging terrain, where new, fast, and durable wheels feel at home.

The design relies on the HardWALL carcass, which keeps the tires reliably on track and in corners, and on the SmartGRIP rubber compound, which ensures excellent grip, traction in both dry and wet conditions, and provides puncture resistance throughout the tire's lifespan, even after tread wear.

HardWALL

Tire construction technology with a protective layer from bead to bead and with a rubber insert for aggressive off-road riding. Tire construction designed specifically for riding style in challenging terrain – multiple reinforcements built directly into the tire carcass are aimed at improving overall ply durability, as well as providing more support when using lower pressures. With a nylon protective layer from bead to bead, as an integral part of the ply, and a thick rubber insert over the bead, the HardWALL construction is predestined to handle relentless treatment effortlessly and protect against punctures. The incorporation of these reinforcing elements, combined with a 60 TPI nylon ply, contributes to a solid and durable construction that supports reliability and riding quality without compromising weight and pedaling power transfer efficiency.

SmartGRIP

Experience and victories in rally and motocross led Pirelli developers to invent the innovative SmartGRIP rubber compound. The special compound combines two contradictory properties:
a) Cut resistance: ensures maximum mechanical grip and traction in dry conditions and higher puncture resistance along with longer lifespan.
b) Chemical grip in wet conditions: no need to worry about changing conditions, if it will rain or if there will be muddy and slippery sections on the track.

The result is longer tire performance with excellent grip. The tire maintains these riding qualities even as the tread wears. The single-compound composition of SmartGRIP allows for consistent riding characteristics throughout tire wear. Greater mechanical durability of the rubber also provides higher resistance not only to wear but also to punctures.
