Pirelli Scorpion™ XC RC is based on a race-proven tread pattern and pushes it toward higher speed and more precise line control on mixed terrain. Thanks to a squarer profile, it feels more stable in corners and gives clear feedback when you’re really pushing. The Race XC Compound is tuned for low rolling resistance, while still maintaining chemical grip even on wet hardpack or slippery rocks. And when you run lower pressures for traction, the ProWALL construction helps protect the sidewalls and keeps the handling composed.
The tire is designed for bikes with a 29-inch rim diameter, and in the 29x2.4-inch size it brings more volume for better control at higher speeds.
