POCito Auric Cut is a children's helmet with excellent impact safety thanks to the EPP liner and sturdy ABS shell.
The helmet features reflective elements for better visibility on the slopes. It includes a RECCO® system, which operates on the principle of radio waves, allowing rescuers to locate you in situations such as an avalanche burial. This system does not require charging, or an integrated LED panel.
Another great feature is the MIPS technology. The goal of this technology is to reduce rotational forces impacting the head in the event of a fall and subsequent impact on the slope. Upon impact at any angle, the MIPS system allows the helmet’s EPS shell to rotate independently around the head. Although this movement is only a few millimeters, we believe that MIPS technology significantly reduces the amount of rotational force that could otherwise be transferred to the brain.
