POC introduces the so-called Race Lock with Skull helmets, an innovative new system that allows racers to secure the helmet tightly to their head to prevent helmet shake at high speeds.
The adjustment dial is flush with the helmet shell and does not interfere with race aerodynamics. The new shape of the helmet liner ensures an even fit around the entire head, avoiding uncomfortable pressure on the head.
The Fidlock chin strap can be easily operated with gloves and ensures a secure fastening. The helmet is certified FIS RH 2013. The VPD deflector panel protects against repeated impacts. Aramid fibers in the helmet structure enhance protection against unwanted objects penetrating the helmet.
The ear pads can be removed in an emergency, making it easier for medics to safely remove the helmet in case of injury.
