The R2 Cliff cycling helmet is manufactured using IN-MOLD safety technology.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight.
